The rules of the site are :
1. The COPYRIGHT. Use ONLY YOUR PHOTO. If we notice that a photo you post is not yours (Or that it doesn't have rights), you will be banned.
2. Insults are prohibited on the site.
---About License Plates Spotting---
3. When you upload a photo of your spot, please write the location where you find the car/plate.
4. All photos qualities are accepted. At least that we can see the plate !
5. Date of found is not mandatory, but if you want to do that, you can !
6. Please RESPECT the forum where you upload photo, for example, don't post a French plate photo on the Finnish page !
7. If a country page is not done, don't try to add a photo in it ! You can suggest in Suggestions to add a country faster !
The list of the countries adding is :
1.France 2. UK or Netherlands 3.Italy 4.[WORK IN PROGRESS]
